Mark joined the Board in 2025. A graduate of Western Michigan University (2003) and the University of Michigan Law School (2006), Mark began his legal career at the Chicago-located law firm of Katten Muchin Rosenman, LLP. In 2010, he joined Dykema Gossett, residing in Dykema’s Lansing office. His practice primarily focuses on business and commercial litigation and appeals. He serves on the Executive Board for the American Bar Association’s Council of Appellate Lawyers (CAL) and on the council for the State Bar of Michigan’s Appellate Practice Section. He is licensed in Michigan, Illinois, and Indiana. He’s also admitted to practice before both U.S. District Courts in Michigan and Indiana, the U.S. District Court Northern District in Illinois, and the U.S. Court of Appeals 3rd, 6th, and 7th Circuits.
He lives with his family in Western Michigan.
